Jonathan Haidt is Thoman Cooley Professor of Ethical Leadership at New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is author of ‘The Righteous Mind’. The book is about why good people are divided by politics and religion and the happiness hypothesis: Finding modern truth in ancient wisdom. He was named one of the “top global thinkers” by Foreign Policy magazine, and one of the “top world thinkers” by Prospect magazine.
He is part of an organization called ‘Heterox Acadamy’ that began as a blog in late 2015. The goal of the movement is to improve the quality of research and education in universities by increasing viewpoint diversity, mutual understanding, and constructive disagreement. His TED Talks have millions of views in which he talks about the moral roots of different groups of people.
